Jackson - Head Coach
Jackson’s passion is to help, guide & mentor the next generation of high-level athletes to strive to become the best they can be. Become the best versions of themselves in all aspects of their sporting & life journey. Jackson has a desire to pass along his experiences & lessons he’s learned throughout his journey within sport.
Lucy - Coach
Lucy's mission is to bring out the best version of athletes by focusing on helping them grow physically strong, mentally resilient and spiritually aware of their journey leading to their purpose.
Lucy is excited to be able to contribute to the journey of Rivals' talented young athletes.
Michael - Coach & Physio
Michael is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential. Having trained in a facility like Rivals, he values the powerful
combination of skill development and the supportive relationships with coaches. Now, as a coach at Rivals, Michael is committed to fostering the same sense of community and growth in young athletes, guiding them to excel in both their sport and their lives.
Isabelle - Coach & Exercise Physiologist
Isabelle started at Rivals in 2020 both coaching and training and returned in 2024. Her passion is to help athletes perform at their best in their sport and reach their full potential outside of sport. Isabelle completed her Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science in 2019 and completed her strength and conditioning level 1 course. During this time, she had the incredible opportunity to undertake a Strength and Conditioning internship with the Australian Rugby Union Junior Wallabies. Since then, she has continued her career in sports and currently works as the athletic trainer and strength coach at Bond Pirates Rugby Union Club.
