This program brings our two athlete performance services together into one program for athletes to accelerate their performance over the holidays.
- Junior Holiday Performance Program (9-12 years old)
- Senior Holiday Performance Program (13+ years old)
- Get stronger, faster, and build your mindset.
- Join a community with like-minded athletes.
- Train in a high performance environment that encourages growth, support, and higher standards.
- Learn how to build discipline, confidence, and resilience.
When: 1st and 2nd week of holidays (each week is a separate program).
- Between 1st and 2nd term holidays
- Between 2nd and 3rd term holidays
- Between 3rd and 4th term holidays
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Times:
- Junior Program: 8am to 11am
- Senior Program: 1pm to 4pm
Where: At our gym facility in Mermaid Waters and at Pratten Park Broadbeach.
